Welcome to Craftfold. By accessing or placing an order through our website, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.

1. General

These Terms govern your use of the Craftfold website and the purchase of any products offered by us. By using this site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or accessing under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

2. Products

All products listed on Craftfold are handcrafted leather goods, primarily men's wallets and accessories.
Product images are for illustration purposes. Slight variations in color, texture, or stitching may occur due to the natural nature of leather and screen display differences.
We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or update any product without prior notice.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice; however, changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

4. Orders

Placing an order on Craftfold constitutes an offer to purchase. Your order is confirmed only after we send you an order confirmation via SMS, WhatsApp, or email.
We reserve the right to accept, reject, or cancel any order at our discretion — including cases of incorrect pricing, unavailable stock, suspicious activity, or invalid contact details.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. Craftfold is not liable for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect addresses or unreachable phone numbers.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We deliver across all major cities of Pakistan through our courier partners.
Standard delivery time is 2–5 working days depending on your location.
Delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, strikes, or unforeseen events are beyond our control.
Customers must inspect the parcel at the time of delivery. Once accepted, the delivery is considered complete.

6. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting our support team via WhatsApp or phone.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. Refusal to accept the delivery may result in restrictions on future orders.

7. Returns & Exchange

We accept return or exchange requests within 7 days of delivery, provided the product is:
- Unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- In its original packaging with all tags intact
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation)
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Sale/discounted items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Refunds (where applicable) will be processed via bank transfer or EasyPaisa/JazzCash within 7–10 working days after the returned item is received and inspected.

8. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order number. We will arrange a free replacement or refund after verification.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Craftfold website — including logos, product images, designs, text, and graphics — is the exclusive property of Craftfold. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

10. Privacy

Your personal information (name, address, phone number, email) is collected solely for order processing and communication. We do not sell or share your data with third parties except our courier partners for delivery purposes. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details.

11. Limitation of Liability

Craftfold shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our maximum liability shall be limited to the total value of the product purchased.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore, Punjab.

13. Changes to Terms

Craftfold reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
